This parmesan potato wedges is easy and utterly delicious. It is perfectly seasoned and oven baked until crispy on the outside and pillowy on the inside. Own an air fryer then these would be ready for you in 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 200C/400F and prepare the baking tray, if using a non-stick sheet, there will be no need to line with a parchment paper, simply spray with a cooking spray and set aside
Wash and pat the potatoes dry then cut into wedges. Transfer the wedges to a large bowl and drizzle with oil and mix to combine with your hands. Add smoked paprika, garlic granules, onion granules, parsley, grated parmesan, salt, and pepper and toss to combine.
Transfer the seasoned potatoes to a baking sheet and spread them in a single layer. Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes flipping in halfway through or until the wedges are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Remove it from the oven, garnish with more parmesan cheese and parsley and serve as desired.

How to cook potato wedges in the air fryer If cooking in the air fryer, preheat, the air fryer and spray with cooking spray. Season the potatoes as described above and spread them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.Cook at 200C/400F for 12 to 15 minutes depending on the thickness of the wedges or until well done. Flip it once to ensure even cooking.
