Vegetable Dill Dip Recipe

Whip up this fresh vegetable dill dip in 5 minutes for your next party, not only is this dip easy, it is definitely one of the best dips you can use with your vegetables or chips, or bread. Thick, creamy, fresh, and bursting with flavor. A great addition to your crudités platter.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ tbs Fresh dillweed chopped sub with 2 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper this is optional
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to season to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix to combine. Cover with a cling film and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving for the flavors to develop. For optimum flavor make it one day ahead before serving.

Notes

Tips
For cheesy flavor, sub sour cream for cream cheese.
Substitute with sour cream Greek yogurt for a healthier option
Serve in shot glasses so it is easy for your guests to eat up without double-dipping. Simply add the dip to the shot glasses and add vegetable sticks.
