Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Wash and scrub the potatoes clean. You can peel them if you prefer, but leaving the skins on adds extra texture and flavor. Slice into ¼-inch rounds. Keeping the slices uniform helps them cook evenly.
  • In a large bowl, toss the slices with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until everything is well coated.
  • Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in your air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed). Cook at 400°F/200°C for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp on the edges.
  • Enjoy them straight away while they’re hot and perfectly crisp.
