In a large bowl add ground chicken, egg, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, rosemary, thyme, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, and mix to combine using your hands.
Preheat the air fryer to 400F / 200C for 5 minutes.
Using a small ice cream scoop, divide the mix into 12-16 portions and roll them into meatballs. Place the meatballs on a plate until you have exhausted the mixture.
