How do I cook Camembert without an oven

Most camembert does come in a circular wooden box, however, if yours doesn't have one, you can use an oven-proof dish to cook it or wrap it in aluminum foil.

Simply place the cheese inside the dish and score the top of the cheese diagonally by making a few cuts that follow the lines on the cheese. Then carefully push some fresh springs of thyme and rosemary inside the incisions, season with red pepper honey, and olive, and cook as instructed. The same would apply if you used aluminum foil.
