How to make frozen mozzarella in the air fryer
Preheat the oven at 180C/360F for 5 minutes
Remove the frozen mozzarella sticks from its packaging and arrange them in the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer making sure to leave some spaces in between them
Cook at 180C/360F for 6 minutes or until crispy on the outside and cheese melted in the middle.
Serve immediately with marinara dipping sauce or pizza sauce. enjoy!
PS: most recipe websites suggest cooking at 200C/400F, personally, I believe this would only cook the mozzarella sticks too quickly and explode during cooking.

- I used Cosori 5.7l air fryer and was able to fit 24 frozen cheese pieces in the basket. If you are catering for more then be sure to cook them in batches.
- Do not thaw before cooking and avoid stacking them so that they cook evenly
- Flip the cheese sticks halfway through the cooking time if need be, I did not need to do this
- No need to spray the air fry basket with cooking oil for this recipe
