Can I make this ahead
Yes, you can make this sandwich 12 hours in advance. The bacon can also be made ahead and kept in the fridge for up to 3 days until needed. for best result when feeding these to a crowd, keep the ingredients fresh.
If you own an air fryer then you definitely want to cook your bacon in it.
Can I make this into club sandwich
Yes, you can. Club sandwiches are mostly made with three slices of bread instead of two. Although, that was not the intention for club sandwich when it was created. A club sandwich is actually an acronym for
C - chicken
L – lettuce
U – under
B – bacon
Basically, if any of your homemade sandwiches contains any of these ingredients, then it is a club sandwich, you know just like BLT. You may also know it as a clubhouse sandwich.
