Tips
- Make sure you time the cooking of the eggs correctly so that you don't end up with rubbery or overcooked eggs.
- Make sure to use a non-stick pan for the eggs so that it slides off easily. You can also use a silicone spatula for flipping.
- If you do not have a mini cast iron frying pan, you can use an aluminum baking sheet that will fit in your air fryer basket. Just spray it with cooking oil or butter before adding the eggs.
- If you prefer your eggs to be lacy and crispy on the edges then use a wide oven-safe pan as that will allow the eggs to spread out enough to achieve the desired doneness and don't overcrowd the pan.
- Make sure the pan and oil are preheated before cooking for a few minutes to ensure good results.
- The eggs will continue to cook a little even after you have taken them out of the air fryer, so keep that in mind. Also, remove the eggs immediately from the air fryer as the residual heat in the air fryer can overcook the eggs and make them rubbery.

This looks good. What size is your cast iron skillet. I have a small one but not sure two of it would fit.
Olu says
Thank you K, I am not exactly sure but it shouldn't be more than 12cm as that fits 1 egg perfectly.
