Your best kitchen appliance when cooking any type of meat is an instant thermometer. This will ensure you cook your meat right every time. Can I cook raw lamb chops in the air fryer
Yes, you can cook raw lamb chops in the air fryer or any other cut of lamb like the loin, ribs and more in the air fryer. The process is easy and straightforward, season the lamb and cook in a preheated air fryer until your desired doneness is achieved.
Resting meat covered or uncovered, which is best
There is a lot of debate out there on whether you should cover your cooked meat to let it rest or leave uncovered. In my opinion, covering the meat with foil and letting it rest for 3-5 minutes, traps in the heat which gently finishes cooking your meat while maintaining all the juices inside. It is also important to rest the meat on a cold plate (room temperature).
